This command will run through run-time checks and report on them, providing human/agent explanations of what to do if a check fails. Example:

✓ config file exists and parses
✓ required binaries are installed
✓ credentials are defined and valid
✓ remote endpoint is reachable
✓ working tree is clean enough for this operation
